Manage Plans, Renewals, and Upgrades

The Current Plan section on Billing & Usage explains what your workspace is using right now. It is the billing equivalent of a name tag at an event: useful, simple, and much less awkward than asking three times.

What the Current Plan Shows

Your Current Plan can show:

  • plan name
  • status
  • renewal date or end date
  • included AI Token limit
  • included website or app limits
  • included Image Generation limits
  • buttons to manage or upgrade

Common Plan Names

Depending on your account, CloudMySite may show plans such as:

PlanGood For
Basic or FreeTrying the workspace and reviewing existing projects
Starter PlanSmaller projects, early builds, and lighter usage
Creator PlanMore frequent app building, image work, and creative iteration
Business PlanLarger workspaces, heavier usage, and business workflows

The exact plan options can change, so always review current pricing inside your CloudMySite account.

Plan Status

Plan status tells you whether the plan is usable.

StatusMeaning
ActiveYour plan is currently available
FreeNo paid plan is active
PendingCloudMySite is still confirming the change
Ended or CanceledThe plan is no longer active

If you purchased a paid subscription, Billing & Usage should show your paid plan instead of Basic or Free.

Renewal or End Date

The renewal or end date tells you when the current billing cycle changes.

You may see text such as:

  • Renews Jun 17, 2026
  • Ends Jun 17, 2026
  • No renewal date scheduled

If your plan includes monthly AI Tokens or included usage, the renewal date helps you know when those plan limits reset.

Included Limits

Included limits show what your plan provides before extra credit packs or add-ons.

You may see:

  • AI Tokens included in the plan
  • AI Tokens used this cycle
  • remaining AI Tokens
  • website or app limit
  • included image generation limit
  • image generations used this cycle

Credit packs are shown separately in Credit Wallets, so a video pack purchase does not need to pretend to be a subscription. Very polite of it.

Manage Plan

Use Manage Plan when you want to review or adjust the plan attached to your workspace.

Depending on your account, this may help with:

  • viewing plan details
  • checking renewal information
  • reviewing subscription status
  • reaching billing support
  • updating plan choices

Upgrade Plan

Use Upgrade Plan when you need more included workspace capacity.

Consider upgrading when you:

  • build apps often
  • use AI Chat heavily
  • need more monthly AI Tokens
  • want more workspace features
  • need higher included limits
  • work with a team or business workflow

If you only need image or video generation, a credit pack may be a better fit than changing your full workspace plan.

Plan vs Credit Pack

Plans and credit packs are related, but they are not the same thing.

PurchaseWhere It Shows
Subscription planCurrent Plan
Image credit packImage Credits wallet and Billing History
Video credit packVideo Credits wallet and Billing History
Promo creditRelated wallet and Billing History
Manual adjustmentRelated wallet and Billing History

This keeps the top-right workspace label focused on your current plan while still showing purchased credits clearly.

If Your Paid Plan Does Not Show

If your plan still looks like Basic or Free after buying:

  1. Open Billing & Usage.
  2. Select Refresh.
  3. Confirm you are signed in with the purchase email.
  4. Check Billing History for the payment.
  5. Check Credit Wallets for any purchased credit pack.
  6. Contact CloudMySite support if the plan still looks wrong.

Include your account email and purchase date when contacting support.
