Use the Full Workspace History Hub
The History hub is a larger project library for CloudMySite websites and apps. Use it when you need more filtering and management controls than the compact My Workspace app list.
The History page is useful for teams or accounts with many saved projects.
What History Shows
The History hub can include:
- total app count
- published item count
- draft item count
- website and app tabs
- Image Studio shortcut
- Image History shortcut
- search and filter controls
- project cards or rows
- detail view for each project
The page is designed so you can reopen old work without searching through chat sessions.
Websites Tab
Use the Websites tab for generated and drafted websites.
Website filters can include:
- search by site name, domain, or prompt
- status
- publish state
- type
- project
- date range
- sort order
Common website actions include:
- Open Builder
- View Live Site
- Publish
- Republish
- Manage Domain
- Duplicate
- Delete
Apps Tab
Use the Apps tab for generated apps and tools.
App filters can include:
- search by app name, stack, prompt, or description
- status
- app type
- framework or stack
- project
- deployment state
- capabilities
- date range
- sort order
Common app actions include:
- Open Editor
- Open Live App
- Deploy
- Redeploy
- View Logs
- Duplicate
- Delete
Status Filters
Status filters help you narrow the list.
Common statuses include:
- Draft: saved but not live.
- Published: available at a live website URL.
- Running: an app is live or running.
- Processing: still being created or updated.
- Failed or Build Failed: needs attention before it can be used normally.
Deployment and Publish Filters
For websites, use Publish state to separate published and unpublished work.
For apps, use Deployment to separate:
- Live apps
- Local only apps
This is helpful when you want to find projects that still need to be launched.
Capability Filters
For apps, the Capabilities filter can help you find apps that include:
- database
- authentication
- database and authentication together
These labels are detected from project information and are meant to help you find apps faster.
Project Details
Selecting a project opens a detail view. It can show:
- preview or app summary
- original prompt
- created and updated dates
- workspace label
- project name
- domain or live URL
- framework or runtime
- database and auth status for apps
Use the detail view when you want to confirm you have the right project before opening, duplicating, publishing, or deleting it.
Duplicate from History
Duplicate creates a new draft copy that can be edited separately.
For safety, duplicated projects do not copy everything. Live deployment settings, domains, and production data are not copied into the new draft.
Delete from History
Delete removes the selected saved project history and related remote data.
Before deleting, make sure you do not need:
- the prompt
- the draft project
- the live URL
- the current design
- a copy for future editing
If you might need it later, duplicate first and delete only after reviewing the copy.
