Review Workspace Capacity and Account Settings
My Workspace includes a capacity panel and account menu so you can understand your plan usage and quickly reach billing, profile, settings, support, documentation, and logout.
Workspace Capacity
The Workspace capacity card appears in the workspace sidebar. It helps you understand how much AI capacity is available for your app work.
The card can show:
- current plan name
- AI credit usage
- credits used
- remaining balance
- renewal date
- percentage used
- upgrade option
Hover over or open the capacity card to see more detailed plan information.
Credit Usage
Credit usage tells you how much of your workspace AI allowance has been used during the current billing or plan cycle.
You may see:
- Credits used: how much has already been consumed.
- Balance: how much remains.
- Renews: when the current cycle resets.
- Percent used: a quick visual usage meter.
When Capacity Runs Low
As usage rises, CloudMySite may show a notice, warning, or blocked state.
If usage is blocked, you may not be able to start another AI build until you upgrade or the plan renews. Existing apps and history can still be reviewed from My Workspace.
Use Upgrade your plan when you need more capacity.
Workspace Usage Menu
The top bar includes a workspace usage menu near your workspace name or email. Opening it shows the same plan and credit details in a compact view.
This is useful when the sidebar is collapsed or when you want to check usage without leaving the current page.
Billing and Usage
Use Plans and billing or Billing & Usage when you want the fuller view of your current plan, credit wallets, feature access, recent usage, and billing history.
For the full guide, see Understand Billing and Usage in My Workspace.
Account Menu
The account menu appears at the top right of My Workspace. It uses your initials or profile label.
The menu can include:
- My profile
- Plans and billing
- Contact Support
- Account Settings
- Help & Support
- Logout
My Profile
Use My profile to review personal account information such as your name or email.
Account Settings
Use Account Settings for broader account controls. Depending on your plan and account, this may include settings for profile, connections, preferences, or other workspace-level options.
Contact Support
Use Contact Support when you need help from CloudMySite. The workspace opens an email addressed to support with a CloudMySite support subject.
When contacting support, include:
- your account email
- app or workspace name
- what you were trying to do
- what happened instead
- screenshots if helpful
Help and Support
Use Help & Support to open the CloudMySite documentation. This is the best place to learn how a section works before contacting support.
Logout
Use Logout when you are done working, especially on a shared computer.
After logging out, you may need to sign in again before opening My Workspace, app history, Image Studio, or Admin settings.
