Use the Workspace Builder Prompt Box
The prompt box is the main way you tell CloudMySite what to create or change. You can use normal sentences, short notes, or a detailed brief.
What the Prompt Box Does
Use the prompt box to:
- start a new app or website
- ask for design changes
- add or remove sections
- create pages
- connect a visual idea to an attached image
- request a YouTube video embed
- fix content, layout, or behavior
- explain what should happen when a visitor clicks a button
Sending a Prompt
- Click inside the text area.
- Type what you want CloudMySite to build or change.
- Add an attachment first if the prompt depends on an image.
- Select the send button.
- Wait for the builder to finish the current change before sending the next major request.
Use Shift + Enter when you want a new line inside the same prompt. Pressing Enter sends the prompt when the builder is ready.
Useful Prompt Structure
For a first build, use this structure:
Create a [type of app or website] for [business or audience].
Include [pages, screens, or sections].
Users should be able to [main actions].
Use a [style] look with [colors or mood].
Add [forms, video, images, pricing, booking, account login, or payments] if needed.
Example:
Create a website for a children's checkers game.
Include a playful homepage, game page, rules page, and contact page.
Use bright colors, large readable buttons, and a friendly family style.
The game page should make it easy for kids to start a new game.
Follow-Up Prompt Examples
After the first version is created, use smaller follow-up prompts.
Make the homepage hero simpler and move the call-to-action button above the fold.
Add a contact form to the Contact page with name, email, message, and parent consent checkbox.
Change the color palette to blue, white, and soft yellow. Keep the design playful but less busy.
Use the attached image as the main hero image on the homepage. Crop it wide and keep the subject visible on mobile.
Voice Input
The microphone button lets you speak instead of typing when browser speech input is available. This is useful when you want to describe a full idea quickly.
After speaking, review the text before sending. Clean up names, email addresses, product names, or unusual words if the browser heard them incorrectly.
Enhance Prompt
The Enhance prompt button can improve a short prompt before you send it. Use it when you have a rough idea but want CloudMySite to turn it into a clearer build request.
Good use:
make a site for my bakery
The enhanced version can add helpful detail such as pages, style, calls to action, and content sections.
When the Builder Is Working
While a build or edit is running, parts of the workspace may be temporarily locked. This protects the project while files are being created or updated.
Wait for progress to complete, then review the result in Preview. If something is not right, send a new prompt describing the change you want.
What Not to Put in the Prompt Box
Avoid pasting private information such as:
- API keys
- secret tokens
- payment account secrets
- database passwords
- private customer data
For private values, use Admin settings such as Secrets, Authentication, Stripe, or the relevant integration page.
