Use Google Drive and Workspace Assets
CloudMySite can use images from Google Drive and from your workspace media library. This helps you reuse brand assets without uploading the same file again and again.
Add From Google Drive
Use Add from Google Drive when the image you need is stored in your Drive account.
- Select + in the prompt box.
- Choose Add from Google Drive.
- If prompted, select Connect Google Drive.
- Sign in to Google and approve access.
- Search or browse for the image.
- Select the file.
- Choose Add image.
- Write your prompt and explain where the image should be used.
The Drive picker is focused on image files. If you do not see a file, confirm that it is an accessible image in the connected Google Drive account.
Google Drive Search and Reconnect
Inside the Google Drive window, you can search files by name. If the connection expires or you need a different account, use Reconnect Google Drive.
If Google Drive is not available in your workspace, contact your CloudMySite account admin or support. The connection may need to be enabled for your environment.
Choose From Assets
Use Choose from assets when you want to reuse an image that already exists in your CloudMySite workspace.
The asset library can include:
- images uploaded from your computer
- images generated with CloudMySite
- reusable workspace media
- logos, icons, product images, backgrounds, and page graphics
Asset Library Controls
The asset picker includes:
- Search files by name: quickly find a specific asset.
- All: show all available images.
- Uploads: show images uploaded by you or your team.
- Generated Images: show images created in CloudMySite.
- Newest first, Oldest first, or Name sorting.
- All types filter when multiple image types are available.
- Select all or Clear selection for visible results.
- Upload or Upload files to add new images from your computer.
- Add to attach selected assets to the next prompt.
You can select an asset card, or double-click an asset to add it quickly when that behavior is available in your browser.
Prompt Examples for Existing Assets
Use a saved generated image:
Use the selected generated image as the background for the Services section.
Keep the section text readable and add a subtle overlay if needed.
Use a workspace logo:
Use the selected logo asset in the header, footer, and browser favicon area if possible.
Do not change the logo colors.
Use uploaded product photos:
Use the selected product image in a product card on the homepage.
Add a short product description and a call-to-action button below it.
Good Asset Habits
- Use clear file names before uploading when possible.
- Keep final logos, product photos, and important brand graphics in the workspace media library.
- Search by business name, product name, or image purpose.
- Remove old attachments from the prompt before adding a different image.
- Tell CloudMySite whether each asset should be used exactly or only as a style reference.
