Add Images and Files to Workspace Builder Prompts

Images help CloudMySite understand the exact logo, product, reference, screenshot, background, or style you want to use.

In the prompt box, select the + button to open attachment options.

Attachment Options​

The + menu can include:

  • Upload from computer: add an image from your device.
  • Generate with AI: create a new image and attach it to the next prompt.
  • Add from Google Drive: choose an image from your connected Google Drive account.
  • Choose from assets: select a reusable image from the workspace media library.
  • Clear attachments: remove attached files before sending.

You can also drag an image into the prompt area or paste an image from your clipboard when your browser supports it.

Best Way to Send an Image to the Prompt​

  1. Select +.
  2. Choose the image source.
  3. Attach the image.
  4. In the prompt, say exactly how CloudMySite should use it.
  5. Send the prompt.

For best results, attach one main image at a time and give clear placement instructions.

Image Prompt Examples​

Use an attached logo:

Use the attached image as the website logo.
Place it in the header and footer.
Keep the logo proportions correct and do not recreate it.

Use an attached hero image:

Use the attached photo as the homepage hero image.
Make it wide, keep the main subject visible on mobile, and place the headline on the left.

Use an attached product image:

Use the attached product image in the Featured Products section.
Create a clean card with the product name, short description, price, and Buy Now button.

Use an attached screenshot as a reference:

Use the attached screenshot as design inspiration.
Do not copy it exactly. Create a cleaner version with similar spacing, section order, and button style.

Upload From Computer​

Choose Upload from computer when the image is saved on your device.

Good examples include:

  • logo files
  • product photos
  • team photos
  • event photos
  • screenshots
  • brand graphics
  • background images

After uploading, write a prompt that tells CloudMySite where the image belongs.

Generate With AI​

Choose Generate with AI when you need a new image before building or editing the page.

The image generator includes:

  • Prompt: describe the image you want.
  • Negative prompt: describe what to avoid.
  • Aspect ratio and size: choose a shape that fits the use case.
  • Number of images: create one or more options.
  • Optional seed: reuse a number to keep results more consistent.
  • Prompt extend: let CloudMySite improve short image prompts.

When generated images are ready, select the one you want and choose Add to prompt. The image is saved to CloudMySite storage and can also appear in your media library for later use.

Clear Attachments​

Use Clear attachments when:

  • you selected the wrong file
  • you want to send a text-only prompt
  • the image is no longer relevant
  • you want to replace the attachment with a different image

Tips for Better Image Results​

  • Tell CloudMySite whether to use the exact attached image or only use it as inspiration.
  • Mention the page, section, or component where the image should appear.
  • Say whether the image should be cropped square, wide, circular, full-width, or placed inside a card.
  • If text must appear over the image, ask for enough contrast and mobile readability.
  • For logos, ask CloudMySite to preserve proportions and avoid stretching.
