View Billing History and Payment Receipts

The Billing History section shows recent purchases and account credits for your CloudMySite workspace. It is the place to check what was bought, when it happened, and whether CloudMySite counted it.

No detective hat required. Though if you already own one, we respect the commitment.

What Billing History Shows

Billing History can show:

  • subscription purchases
  • image credit packs
  • video credit packs
  • promo credits
  • manual credits
  • payment provider
  • payment amount
  • payment date
  • payment status

Payment Types You May See

CloudMySite can support different payment sources.

Payment SourceWhat It Means
StripeA card or checkout payment processed through Stripe
PayPalA payment processed through PayPal
ManualA credit or adjustment added by CloudMySite support
PromoA promotional credit or offer

The wording is meant for customers, not engineers. You should see clear product names and payment details, not internal system labels.

Product Names in Billing History

Billing History should use helpful CloudMySite product names.

Examples include:

  • Starter Video Pack
  • Creator Video Pack
  • Business Video Pack
  • Starter Image Pack
  • Creator Image Pack
  • Starter Plan
  • Creator Plan
  • Business Plan

If you bought a video pack, it should look like a video pack. If you bought an image pack, it should look like an image pack. This sounds obvious because it is, and we are fans of obvious when money is involved.

Payment Status

Payment status tells you what happened to the purchase.

StatusMeaning
Completed or PaidThe purchase was accepted
PendingCloudMySite is still waiting for confirmation
FailedThe payment did not complete
RefundedThe payment or credit was returned

If a payment is pending, wait a short time and refresh Billing & Usage.

How Billing History Connects to Credit Wallets

When a credit purchase is completed, the matching wallet should update.

If the history shows a completed credit purchase but the wallet did not update, refresh the page and contact support if it still looks wrong.

Receipts and Records

For many payments, your receipt may also be sent by the payment provider. Billing History is helpful because it connects that purchase back to your CloudMySite workspace.

When asking support about a payment, include:

  • account email
  • payment date
  • product name
  • amount
  • payment provider, if visible
  • screenshot of Billing History, if helpful

If You Do Not See a Payment

If a purchase is missing:

  1. Confirm you are signed in to the correct CloudMySite account.
  2. Open Billing & Usage.
  3. Select Refresh.
  4. Check your email for the payment confirmation.
  5. Contact CloudMySite support with the payment details.

Sometimes the workspace just needs a moment to catch up. Even fast systems occasionally need to tie their shoes.
