Understand Billing and Usage in My Workspace

The Billing & Usage page is your workspace money map. It shows what plan you have, which creative credits are available, what features are active, and what has been used recently.

In plain language: this is where CloudMySite tells you, "Yes, your plan is active," "You have video credits," and "Here is what happened recently." Much better than guessing. Guessing is how spreadsheets learn sarcasm.

Where to Find Billing and Usage

  1. Sign in to CloudMySite.
  2. Open My Workspace.
  3. Select Billing & Usage from the workspace menu.

You can also open the account menu in the top right and choose Plans and billing.

What Billing and Usage Shows

The page is organized into five main sections:

SectionWhat It Helps You Understand
Current PlanYour active plan, plan status, renewal or end date, and included limits
Credit WalletsYour separate balances for AI Tokens, Image Credits, Video Credits, and future Audio Credits
Feature AccessWhich CloudMySite tools are active, locked, coming soon, or in Premium Beta
Recent UsageRecent AI Tokens, image credit activity, video credit activity, and video jobs
Billing HistoryRecent purchases, credit packs, subscriptions, promos, and manual adjustments

Current Plan

The Current Plan area shows your plan name and status.

You may see plans such as:

  • Starter Plan
  • Creator Plan
  • Business Plan
  • Basic or Free when no paid plan is active

If you purchased a paid plan, the workspace should show the paid plan instead of Basic or Free. For example, a Creator Plan should look like a Creator Plan, not like it is hiding behind a fake mustache.

The Current Plan section may also show:

  • status, such as Active
  • renewal or end date
  • included AI Token limits
  • included website or app limits
  • included image generation limits

Credit Wallets

CloudMySite uses separate credit wallets so each type of creative work is easier to understand.

The wallets can include:

  • AI Tokens for chat and app-building help
  • Image Credits for CloudMySite Image Generation
  • Video Credits for CloudMySite Video Studio
  • Audio Credits, marked Coming Soon

Separate wallets are useful because one activity should not make another feel mysterious. Your video credits should look like video credits. Your image credits should look like image credits. No billing soup.

For a deeper guide, see Understand AI Tokens, Image Credits, and Video Credits.

Feature Access

The Feature Access section explains what your workspace can use.

You may see:

  • Website Builder
  • AI Chat
  • Image Generation
  • Standard Video
  • Premium Video
  • Reference Video
  • Character Swap Video
  • Video Edit
  • Audio Generation

Each feature has a simple status:

StatusMeaning
ActiveAvailable for your workspace
LockedNeeds a plan, credits, or access change
Coming SoonPlanned, but not available yet
Premium BetaAvailable as a premium or limited-release feature

CloudMySite keeps this area customer-friendly. You should see product names, not internal system names.

Recent Usage

Recent Usage helps you understand what has been used lately.

It can include:

  • AI Token activity from app building and chat
  • Video Credit use
  • recent video generation jobs
  • refunds or returned credits when applicable

Use this section when you want to answer, "Where did my credits go?" without opening a calculator and having a tiny business meeting with yourself.

Billing History

Billing History shows recent provider-friendly payment records. That can include:

  • Stripe payments
  • PayPal payments
  • Manual credits
  • Promo credits
  • subscription purchases
  • video credit packs

You should see helpful product names such as Starter Video Pack, Creator Video Pack, Business Video Pack, Starter Image Pack, or Creator Image Pack.

For more detail, see View Billing History and Payment Receipts.

If Your Plan Looks Wrong

If you paid but still see Basic or Free:

  1. Select Refresh on Billing & Usage.
  2. Make sure you are signed in with the same email used for the purchase.
  3. Check Billing History for the payment.
  4. Check Credit Wallets for added image or video credits.
  5. Contact CloudMySite support if it still does not look right.

When contacting support, include your account email, what you bought, and the date of purchase.
