Choose Image Settings and Advanced Controls

Image Studio includes settings that control shape, size, variation, consistency, cost, and where results are saved. You can start with the defaults and only change settings when you know where the image will be used.

Aspect Ratio and Size

Aspect ratio is the shape of the image. Size is the pixel dimension CloudMySite uses for the generation.

Choosing the Right Shape

Use Wide for homepage hero banners and section backgrounds.

Use Square for logos, profile images, product cards, icons, and social posts.

Use Portrait for posters, vertical cards, mobile-friendly promotions, and tall product images.

Use Story for mobile-first visuals and vertical campaign graphics.

Use Landscape for balanced feature artwork that is not as wide as a hero banner.

Custom Dimensions

Custom dimensions let you enter a specific size in the format:

width*height

Example:

1200*800

Custom dimensions are checked before generation. The ratio should stay between 1:4 and 4:1. If custom dimensions are not available on your current plan, CloudMySite will show an upgrade prompt.

Number of Images

The Number of images control lets you create more than one option in a single generation.

  • 1 image is the default and keeps credit use lower.
  • 2 to 4 images can help when you want options, depending on your plan.

Every generated output counts as one image credit. A request for 4 images uses 4 image credits.

Optional Seed

A seed is a number that can help keep results more consistent between runs.

Use a seed when:

  • you like the overall composition and want similar variations
  • you are testing small prompt changes
  • you want more repeatable results

Seed control is an advanced option and may require a higher plan.

Prompt Extend

Prompt extend lets CloudMySite add helpful detail to shorter prompts during generation. It can improve simple prompts, but may add a little more time.

Use prompt extend when:

  • your prompt is short
  • you want CloudMySite to enrich the creative direction
  • you are exploring ideas

Turn it off when:

  • you already wrote a precise prompt
  • you want the result to stay closer to your exact wording
  • you are trying to reproduce a similar result

Prompt extend control may depend on your plan. If you cannot change it, CloudMySite keeps a recommended default.

Generation Status

The status panel shows where the generation is in the process.

You may see states such as:

  • queued or starting
  • generating
  • storing
  • ready
  • failed
  • canceled

When results are ready, they appear as saved image cards.

Result Actions

Generated result cards can include:

  • Use in project: insert or attach the image to a project workflow.
  • Copy URL: copy the stored image link.
  • Download: save the file to your computer.
  • Delete: remove the asset from the managed library, when available.

If you opened Image Studio from an active project, generated images are saved into the current project media library and can be reused immediately.

Cost-Saving Tips

  • Start with 1 image.
  • Use preset sizes unless you need a custom placement.
  • Write a clear prompt before generating.
  • Use Image History to reuse strong results.
  • Regenerate from an existing history item instead of starting over when the direction is close.
