Understand Image Plans, Credits, and Limits
CloudMySite tracks image generation with image credits. The current plan, remaining credits, and generation status are shown inside Image Studio and Image History.
This page explains how credits and feature availability work from a user perspective. For current pricing, always check the Image Pricing page in your CloudMySite account.
What Counts as One Image
Every generated output counts as one image credit.
Examples:
- Generating 1 image uses 1 credit.
- Generating 2 images uses 2 credits.
- Generating 4 images uses 4 credits.
Keeping Number of images at 1 is the simplest way to reduce credit use.
Monthly Allowance
Your plan includes a monthly image allowance. Image History may show:
- current plan
- used images
- remaining images
- monthly reset information
When you reach your monthly limit, CloudMySite may show an upgrade prompt before another generation can start.
Feature Availability by Plan
Feature availability can depend on your image plan.
| Feature | What to Know |
|---|---|
| Standard image generation | Available on image plans |
| Logo generation | Starts on eligible paid plans |
| Negative prompt | Starts on eligible paid plans |
| Custom dimensions | Starts on eligible paid plans |
| Multiple images per generation | Higher plans can generate more options at once |
| Seed control | Advanced control on higher plans |
| Prompt extend control | Advanced control on higher plans |
| Shared asset library | Available on team-oriented plans |
If you choose a locked feature, CloudMySite explains what plan unlocks it.

How to Use Fewer Credits
- Generate 1 image first.
- Reuse images from Image History.
- Use clearer prompts before generating.
- Use negative prompts to reduce repeated unwanted results.
- Regenerate from a close result instead of starting with a completely new idea.
- Choose the correct aspect ratio before generating.
- Avoid generating several sizes of the same image until you know which one you need.
When to Generate More Than One Image
Use 2 to 4 images when:
- you are exploring several creative directions
- the design is important and you want choices
- you are creating logo concepts
- you need multiple campaign options
- you are comparing styles for a client or team
Use 1 image when:
- you are testing a prompt
- you are low on credits
- you already know the direction
- you only need a simple supporting visual
What Happens When a Generation Fails
If a generation fails, Image Studio shows a failure message. You can adjust the prompt, choose a simpler size, remove conflicting instructions, or try again.
Good troubleshooting steps:
- Shorten the prompt.
- Remove unusual formatting.
- Use a preset size.
- Avoid asking for too many unrelated elements.
- Try one image instead of several.
Where to Review Usage
You can review image usage in:
- Image Studio status panel
- Image History summary cards
- Image Pricing page
- Workspace capacity or plan areas, when available
Use these areas before a large creative session so you know how many credits are available.
