Manage Image and Logo History in CloudMySite
Image History is your library of generated visuals. It helps you find past images, inspect prompts, reuse assets in projects, download files, regenerate similar visuals, and keep the library clean.
Open Image History
You can open Image History from:
- My Workspace
- Image Studio
- an active app or website project
- the full image history page
When you open it from a project, CloudMySite can offer project-specific actions such as Use in project.
What Image History Shows
Each history item can include:
- preview image
- title or file name
- prompt
- negative prompt
- type, such as image, logo, icon, banner, or background
- status, such as ready, processing, or failed
- project name
- dimensions
- aspect ratio
- seed
- prompt enhancement status
- stored asset URL
Items are grouped by time, such as Today, Yesterday, This Week, and Older.
Summary Cards
Image History may show summary cards for:
- images generated this month
- logos generated this month
- remaining credits
- current plan
These cards help you understand usage without leaving the image library.
Search Images
Use the search box to find assets by:
- prompt words
- project names
- file names
- visual styles
- logo style or layout
Example searches:
- dental clinic
- blue hero image
- logo
- product mockup
- background
- playful
Filter Images
Image History includes filters for:
- Type: all, images, logos, icons, banners, backgrounds
- Project: all projects or one selected project
- Date range: all time, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days
- Aspect ratio
- Status: all, ready, processing, failed
Use filters when your library has many generated assets.
Sort Images
Sort options can include:
- Newest
- Oldest
- Recently used
Newest is usually best when you are working on a current project. Recently used is helpful when you are reusing a campaign or brand set.
Image Actions
Depending on where you opened Image History, actions can include:
- Use in project or Attach to launch prompt
- Copy URL
- Download
- Regenerate
- Delete
Regenerate opens Image Studio with the same prompt direction so you can create a new version.
Image Detail View
Open an image to review:
- full preview
- prompt
- negative prompt
- style or layout labels for logos
- dimensions
- seed
- prompt enhancement setting
- stored URL
The detail view is useful when you want to understand how a strong result was created.
Delete Carefully
Deleting removes the generated asset from the managed image library and the history gallery.
Before deleting, make sure you do not need the image for:
- a current project
- a future design
- brand reference
- a campaign
- prompt examples
- download backup
If you are unsure, download the image first.
