Create Audio from Text

Use Text mode when you already know what you want the voice to say. This is the fastest way to create website intros, ads, narrations, product walkthroughs, and short spoken clips.

Think of it as giving your script a voice. Not a “dramatic theater kid in the hallway” voice unless you ask for that, but a usable voice for your website, video, or campaign.

When to Use Text Mode

Text mode is best for:

  • homepage welcome messages
  • product introductions
  • ad reads
  • service explainers
  • tutorial narration
  • video intros and outros
  • short announcements
  • accessibility-style spoken summaries

For subtitle files, use SRT / Subtitle File mode instead.

Create Your First Audio Clip

  1. Open Audio Studio.
  2. Select Text as the audio source.
  3. Add your script in Script / Text.
  4. Choose a Voice.
  5. Choose a Language.
  6. Choose a Purpose.
  7. Choose a Style.
  8. Select Generate Audio.
  9. Listen in the preview panel.

After generation, you can use Download Audio, Copy Link, Use in Website, Use in Video, or Regenerate.

For help choosing a speaker, see CloudMySite AI Audio Voice Library or How to Choose the Best AI Voice.

Script Tips

Good audio starts with good text. The voice can help, but it cannot rescue a sentence that is longer than a grocery receipt.

Use these tips:

  • Write like a person speaks.
  • Keep sentences short.
  • Put important words near the beginning.
  • Avoid huge paragraphs.
  • Spell brand names clearly.
  • Add punctuation where you want natural pauses.
  • Read it out loud once before generating.

If you run out of breath reading it, the voice probably wants a comma. Or possibly a vacation.

Simple Script Formula

Use this structure for website audio:

Welcome to [business or project name].
We help [audience] do [main benefit].
Explore our services, learn more, or contact us when you are ready.

Example:

Welcome to BrightPath Wellness.
We help busy professionals build healthier routines with practical coaching,
personalized plans, and simple habits that fit real life.
Explore our programs and book a consultation when you are ready.

Voiceover Script Example

Upload a character image, add a reference video, and create a short clip
that follows the movement of your reference.
It is a faster way to create mascot videos, launch promos, and social clips
without starting from a blank timeline.

Use Advanced Instructions

Open Advanced Instructions when you want more specific delivery.

Examples:

  • “Start warm and calm, then become more confident near the end.”
  • “Use a friendly tutorial tone.”
  • “Keep the pace steady and easy to follow.”
  • “Sound polished, but not like a bank commercial wearing a tie.”

Keep advanced instructions short. The script is the meal; instructions are seasoning. Nobody wants to eat a bowl of paprika.

What Happens After Generation

When the audio is ready, it appears in the preview panel. You can:

  • play the audio
  • download the audio file
  • copy the saved audio link
  • reuse it in a website workflow
  • reuse it in a video workflow
  • regenerate a new version
  • find it later in Recent Audio

For managing saved clips, see Use Recent Audio, Downloads, and Links.
