Use Recent Audio, Downloads, and Links

Audio Studio saves your recent audio jobs so you can come back later. This is useful when you generate a great voiceover, close the tab, and then remember you still need the file. Very human. Very recoverable.

Preview Audio

After generation, the audio player appears in the preview panel.

Use preview to check:

  • pronunciation
  • pacing
  • tone
  • pauses
  • overall fit for your website or video

If the audio is for a public page, listen once with headphones and once without. Tiny laptop speakers are honest in a rude but useful way.

Download Audio

Select Download Audio to save the generated file to your computer.

Download is best when you want to:

  • add audio to a video editor
  • archive the voiceover
  • send it to a teammate
  • upload it somewhere outside CloudMySite
  • keep a local copy for a campaign

Select Copy Link to copy the saved audio URL.

Use copied links when you want to reference the audio in another workflow or share it with someone who needs quick access.

Use in Website

Use Use in Website when you want generated audio to become part of a website workflow.

Good website uses include:

  • homepage welcome audio
  • product tour narration
  • service page intro
  • accessibility-friendly spoken summaries
  • campaign landing page audio

Keep website audio optional and respectful. A visitor should not feel like your homepage jumped out from behind a curtain yelling, “WELCOME.” Friendly is good. Ambush is less good.

Use in Video

Use Use in Video when the audio belongs with video content.

Good video uses include:

  • tutorial narration
  • social ad voiceovers
  • product demo audio
  • intro and outro clips
  • translated voiceover for subtitle-based scripts

For subtitle-based video narration, see Create Voiceovers from SRT Subtitles.

Regenerate

Use Regenerate when you want a new version with the same general setup.

Regenerate if:

  • the voice is good but the pacing feels off
  • the style is too formal
  • a sentence needs a clearer pause
  • the audio is close, but not final

Small script edits often help more than repeatedly regenerating the same difficult paragraph. Sometimes the sentence is the drama.

Recent Audio

The Recent Audio section lists saved audio jobs.

From Recent Audio, you can:

  • reopen a previous audio job
  • preview it
  • download audio
  • download translated SRT files when available
  • copy links
  • see whether a job succeeded or failed

For billing and credit questions, see Understand Audio Credits and Pricing.
